Tri-Community Comprehensive Plan (9.8MB)
  The results of an immense cooperative effort between Saugatuck, Douglas, and Saugautuck Township to determine guidelines for development that focus on preserving the character of the three communitees.

Saugatuck Dunes State Park Excerpt from Project Boundaries Map (139KB)
  This is the Allegan County portion of the DNR's project boundaries map, part of the DNR's Land Consolidation Strategy. It is of particular interest to see this map includes both the Denison South and North parcels, recently purchased by Oklahoma City millionaire Aubrey McClendon, as well as the Rosenberg property, currently owned by the City of Holland.
