The City of Grand Rapids Water Treatment Plant at Lake Shore Drive and M-45

The Grand Rapids water treatment plant, located on Lakeshore Drive, south of Grand Haven. It is surrounded by acres of lawn. It is well-lit, has an outside Public Address system which can be heard from the road, where this picture was taken. Its substation (electrical) hums loudly.
