A large section of this meadow (where park users regularly see wild turkeys, blue birds,
and deer, including does with their fawns) would be eliminated by the construction of
the (1) water treatment plant, one portion of a four-part facility, which would also
include the (2) pipeline and access road connecting this plant to the beachside (3)
pumping station. The pumping station would receive water from the offshore lake-bottom
(4) intake. |
